Surrounded by green grass and trimmed trees, the quaint neighborhood of Castleton Health Care Center feels so much like rural living you’d never guess that a mere six minutes away lies all of the hustle and bustle of Castleton Square. Our facility is in an ideal and convenient location to Community North Hospital and several hospitals in downtown Indianapolis.

Recently remodeled to look and feel like a cozy bed and breakfast cottage, our newly updated facility now includes 17 brand new, private rehabilitation suites. Each of our rehabilitation suites is fitted with its own personal shower. Additionally, we’ve added an inviting front porch. This is where residents can gather to socialize, relax with loved ones, or simply take in the peace and quiet of our neighborhood.
